1. We ship to most countries in the world. 

2. Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days 
  • Shipping Time: 4 - 7 business days for US and Canada orders, 6 - 10 business days for orders in other countries in the world. 

 

3. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping for orders over US$200 for Canadian and US orders.

 Note: Due to the globe COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed.

 

  
RETURN


Please read the details below carefully before returning any items from your order.

  1. Items must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
  2. Items can be returned within 10 calendar days of the date you receive your package. 
  3. Merchandise purchased from our online store can only be returned to our warehouse via mail.    
  4. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. 
  5. Merchandise that is sold at discounted prices are final sale. 
  6. We do not offer price adjustments.
  7. Shipping fee is non-refundable.


As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

 

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
