RETURN


Please read the details below carefully before returning any items from your order.

  1. Items must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
  2. Items can be returned within 3 calendar days of the date you receive your package. 
  3. Merchandise purchased from our online store can only be returned to our warehouse via mail.    
  4. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card with the equivalent value of original purchases.  
  5. Merchandise that is sold at discounted prices are final sale. 
  6. We do not offer price adjustments.
  7. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
  8. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the return item back to us and all cost associate towards it. 
  9. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 


As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
